Our company has more than 10 years of experience in well designing and obtaining wells’ water rights (establishment and operation). The functions of these wells may differ significantly from each other, and may include irrigation, monitoring, industrial water wells and the supply and injection wells of geothermal heating and cooling systems. For wells that are already in use, we offer to obtain a so called „remain” permit. During the process it is often the case that the authority requires an impact assessment (eg. wells’ interference assessments, environmental impact studies). Our colleagues are building a hydrogeological model to meet these requests. At the same time, we maintain good relationships with other engineering companies that provide irrigation and soil protection plans for the licensing process. Experienced geologists make the hydrogeological logging for operation water rights.
